The DUTCH Complete (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) by Precision Analytical is the most advanced dried urine hormone panel available. It goes well beyond standard blood testing by measuring not just hormone levels but how your body metabolises those hormones — providing a far more clinically useful picture of what is actually happening at a cellular level.
This test combines the adrenal markers from the DUTCH Adrenal Profile with a full sex hormone panel, melatonin, and key organic acid markers related to neurotransmitter turnover, oxidative stress, and B-vitamin status. What Does It Measure?
Cortisol & Cortisone (Adrenal Markers)
Diurnal free cortisol and cortisone patterns (4 time points), and cortisol metabolites (a-THF, b-THF, b-THE, a-THE). These markers map your HPA axis function, stress resilience, and cortisol clearance.
Oestrogen Metabolism
Oestradiol (E2), oestrone (E1), and oestriol (E3) plus their phase I and phase II metabolites — including the 2-OH, 4-OH, and 16-OH pathways. The 4-OH pathway is associated with higher oxidative risk and is a critical marker for breast health and oestrogen-dominant conditions.
Progesterone Metabolites
