Functional Testing

Practitioner-Authorised Testing

Some of the laboratories we work with supply their tests only through a registered practitioner. Here is what that means, and the quickest way to get access.

Why some tests need authorisation

A number of the functional tests in our store, particularly those from specialist international laboratories, are supplied on the condition that a qualified practitioner oversees their use. It is a quality safeguard: these panels return complex raw data, and without clinical context they can mislead as easily as they inform.

Authorisation keeps a practitioner in the loop, so the test you order is the right one for your situation and the results translate into a clear plan rather than a spreadsheet of numbers.

Already a client?

Your authorisation code was shared with you at your consultation. Enter it on any test page and you are set for 30 days across every test. Misplaced it? Contact the clinic and we will resend it.

Every test price is public on its product page, and nothing here changes what you pay. Authorisation is about choosing the right test, not unlocking hidden costs. And if you select the Test + 60-min Telehealth Consult option on any test, no code is needed at all, because practitioner review is built into that purchase.
