Ketogenic Diet Plan – 7 day


Ketogenic diets are the quickest way to lose weight, get your brain into super productive mode, and generally just feel ace!  The plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks and a dessert each day.  It comes with full colour pictures, a nutritional breakdown, and a shopping list.


The 7 day Ketogenic diet plan is great for weight loss, optimising brain function, reducing your risk of cognitive decline, gut conditions such as SIBO or Candida, and c controlling metabolic conditions.  I have fact checked hundreds of recipes looking for actual ketogenic recipe ideas, and have found that most of them are not keto at all!  Keto recipes must be <14% carbohydrates, <18% protein, and the rest fat.  Often recipes are low carb, but very high in protein, which can convert to carbohydrates in the body.
